We offer you a luxury apartment, which is located in a building right on the main promenade of Sarande (Saranda) and right in front of a sand beach. Every evening you can see hundreds of tourists from the balcony having a walk along the beach promenade. During the day you can spend your time in the balcony and watch your children while bathing, swimming or riding a canoe. Or you can just go down the stairs, cross the street and join your family on the beach.

The apartment has two bedrooms and a big living room. All three rooms have a beautiful sea view. A large balcony has a frontal view of the sea and can be accessed from the living room as well as from one of the bedrooms. Also the second bedroom has a small balcony with a sea view.

- The apartment is located directly on the main promenade of Sarande (Saranda)
- The nearest beach is about 30 meters walk (just accross the street)
- On the beach chairs and umbrellas are given for rent (2 beach chairs +1 umbrella which cost about 3-4 EUR per day)
- Canoe boats can be rented on the beach as well (about 2-3 EUR per hour)
- Numerous restaurants and bars are located in close surrounding of the apartment
- Shopping facilities: right at the entrance (approximately 5 m)
- Free parking facilities in front of the house are available

City of Sarande / Saranda, Albania
- About 15 km far from Butrint
- About 20 km far from Ksamil
- About 30 km from Corfu
- The simplest and cheapest way to reach Sarande (Saranda) is by plane to Kerkyra (Corfu). The airport of Kerkyra (Corfu) is only a few km away from the ferry to Sarande. In Saranda, you need only a 20-minute walk along the promenade to get to the apartment or you can take a taxi.
- Alternatively, you can reach Sarande from Vlore. The city of Vlore has a harbor that is connected to Italy by a ferry. A bus trip from Vlore to Sarande lasts about 2 hours.
- In Tirana, there is an airport too. A bus trip from Tirana to Sarande will take about 6 hours.
